The Theatre Company of Saugus presented the musical Godspell in January 2002. Book by John-Michael Tebelak, music and lyrics by Stephen Schwartz. The co-directors were Kim Burk and Chris King, leading the enormously talented crew of college students who did The Fantasticks a year ago, and Two By Two the previous summer.
Performances were on 10, 11, 12 January (Thursday, Friday, Saturday) 2002 at 8:00 PM, with matinees on 12, 13 January (Saturday, Sunday) at 3:00 PM. At St. John’s church. Cabaret seating with refreshments. The Saturday evening performance was a sell out.
