The Theatre Company of Saugus presents “In/Out – A Mis-Cast Cabaret”, in early December 2016. A musical revue in which each song is beautifully presented, but by the wrong person. All of the numbers are from Broadway musical shows, and in a normal production would be sung by the appropriate actors. In this show, however, we have cast actors who would never normally be chosen, because they are the wrong age, gender, or ethnicity.
We have some most un-royal people playing princes and princesses, teens playing grownups, and old guys playing children. We bring a new meaning to each song, with hilarious results.
The mis-cast members of the cast of the Mis-Cast Cabaret include a number of terribly mis-cast TCS veterans: Amanda Allen, Nicholas Beach, Autumn Dion, Molli Motroni, Stephen Russo, and Larry Segel. We also welcome many very talented but mis-cast newcomers to the company: Brit Christopher, Bridget Conway, Craig Fox, and Julia Kennedy.
The twisted mind behind all this is our director Samantha Gambaccini, aided by her co-conspirator, our musical director, Anthony Sacco. Jessica Stockton is the producer of the show.
There are just two performances of the show. On Saturday 3 December 2016, the start time is 8:00 PM, seating is in rows, and snacks are available. The ticket price is $18 is when purchased in advance online with a credit card. The price is $20 when paid for at the door with cash or check only.
The performance on Sunday 4 December is a dinner show, with the meal served at 5:30 PM and the show starting at 6:30 PM, and seating at tables. The ticket price is $25.
For both shows there is a full service cash bar with both alcoholic and soft drinks.

A portion of proceeds from the show will benefit the North Shore Alliance of Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender Youth (nAGLY).
