The Theatre Company of Saugus is pleased to announce the shows planned for 2023.
- Comedy of Errors, a play by William Shakespeare. Mistaken identity amongst two sets of identical twins. To be presented March 3-12, 2023. The director is Francine Davis.
- Peter and the Starcatcher, a Tony-Award-winning play by Rick Elice, with songs by Wayne Barker. The adventurous backstory of how an orphan boy becomes the legendary Peter Pan. To be presented May 12-21, 2023. The director is Matthew Garlin. The music director is Ben Tan.
- Little Shop of Horrors, the popular musical by Howard Ashman and Alan Mencken. Fame and fortune provided by a man-eating plant. Our Halloween-season show, to be presented October 27-29 & November 3-5, 2023. The director is Jason Hair-Wynn. The musical director is Shawn Gelzleichter.
We are seeking additional artistic and technical staff for each of the the three shows in 2023:
- Technical Directors for all three shows
- Scenic, Lighting, and Costume Designers for all three shows
- Stage Manager for Comedy of Errors
Stipends are available. Our performance venue is the American Legion Post 210 in Saugus, Massachusetts.
